Your order is prepared and dispatched according to the methods and delivery times detailed below.
Delivery times may be extended during sales periods.
STANDARD COLISSIMO DELIVERY
Your parcel is delivered within 3 to 4 working days, 5 to 10 days after you have placed your order*, by La Poste’s Colissimo service, to the delivery address you gave when you placed your order, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 7pm.
In the event of a delivery notice, you can pick up your order at the post office indicated on the delivery slip. You will need to show proof of identity and the order confirmation e-mail.
RELAY POINT DELIVERY
Your parcel is delivered within 2 to 3 working days, 5 to 10 days after you have placed your order*, by La Poste’s Chronopost service, to the Point Relais indicated at the time of your order, during the Point Relais opening hours.
To collect your order, you must go to the Point Relais with your order confirmation and proof of identity.
Your parcel will be available at the Point Relais for 7 days.
